Your Role:
As a Pennsylvania-licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC), you'll provide evidence-based therapy to kids and families, collaborate on clinical programs, and help us shape the future of pediatric mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy to children and families
Conduct intakes and track progress
Share clinical insights to improve programs and digital content
Maintain up-to-date documentation and pertinent data in EHR
Use the Manatee platform to develop and monitor treatment plans and client progress.
Collaborate with clinical team to continuously improve our programs and services.

What You Bring:

Licensed in PA (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
2+ years of experience with child/family therapy
You are highly organized and self-starter
Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for reimagining mental health care.

Schedule:

Availability after 3pm (ET) is required
For 1099/contractors: minimum of 8hrs/week after 3pm available to provide therapy to kids and families
